Lateness & Cancellations
Please let us know if you are running late for your booking. We can only hold a table for up to 15 minutes after the reservation time.
If you need to cancel your booking either reply to your booking confirmation email or preferably please give us a call at least an hour prior to the time of your booking.
We might also apply further booking terms and conditions during busy seasonal periods;
Acoustic Brasserie reserved the rights to change or cancel booking terms and conditions under circumstances in case any unforeseen excessive busyness occurs including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, the festive seasons during November and December.
We will announce these terms on our website or with our newsletters stated at the point of booking.
