Our Story
Simplicity. Healthy and hearty.
These are the rules we abide by at Acoustic Brasserie.
We created a menu inspired by the richness of the Mediterranean region overseen by executive chef and owner Adil Kolcak – who has been in the London restaurant scene for around 30 years.
Adil Kolcak with his Turkish, Greek, Italian, French, Lebanese as well as modern Mediterranean food know-how, wanted to create dishes at Acoustic not only filled the stomach, but touched the soul.
Acoustic Brasserie, originally Acoustic Cafe in Newington Green, was taken over by the Kolcak family in 2010 and rebranded it to the popular Mediterranean spot we know today. They opened their second branch in popular Stokey Church Street in April 2018 and are only trading there as they sold their business in Newington Green since then.
Our restaurant
The breakfast and brunch dishes are very popular with local and loyal customers that included well-known politicians and celebrities alike, whom have become regulars of Acoustic Brasserie.
The dinner menu complimented by the rustic, vintage and cosy decor of the brasserie will give you an amazing experience to remember.
We strive to give you delicious modern Mediterranean food – by staying true to our ethos – in today’s fast world, without falling into its mundane rhythm.
