We created a menu inspired by the richness of theMediterranean region overseen by executive chef and owner Adil Kolcak – who has been in the London restaurant scene for around 30 years.
Adil Kolcak with his Turkish, Greek, Italian, French, Lebanese as well as modern Mediterranean food know-how, wanted to create dishes at Acoustic not only filled the stomach, but touched the soul.
